This manual serves as a reference for all managers, supervisors, and employees of Seven Steps Support Ltd, applicable to all locations where we provide services. Our policies promote excellence, safety, and employee development, while reflecting our values of diversity, respect, and non-discrimination.
We are committed to meeting the regulatory standards for social care in England, such as those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We may need to update policies to keep up with changes in the workforce, employment trends, economic conditions, laws, and regulations. However, any changes will align with our approach to:

- Communicating standards and expectations for performance and employment;
